Travelers and shoppers must communicate through App chat only.
Travelers and shoppers must reply fast when other parties need them- taking into consideration to time difference.
Shopper must ask for signature delivery while ordering his items to prove delivery to the traveler
Traveler must confirm receiving the items in app.
Hitchhiker is not responsible for any miscommunication between shoppers and travelers regarding receiving shipments or not all points of agreement must be clear inside the app chat.
If travelers informed shoppers that they received the items and then shoppers knew that they did not physically receive it and has been lost. Travelers should pay for the item or Hitchhiker will reimburse from their trip rewards or charged from their credit card
Once the shopper accepts shipment and let's the traveler scan his QR code as a proof of delivery HitchHiker doesn't hold any kind of responsibility or accountability towards traveler or shopper.
