1- Travelers and shoppers must communicate through our chat.
2- Travelers and shoppers must reply fast when other parties need them- taking into consideration to time difference.
3- Traveler must take a photo of the item and send it inside our chat so that shoppers identify their stuff and can ask for replacement if any mistake happened by the seller.
4- Traveler must confirm receiving the items & shoppers must receive a photo indicating receiving their items because shipping companies sometimes deliver to mailbox or in front of house and lead to getting lost or stolen.
5- Hitchhiker is not responsible for any miscommunication between shoppers and travelers regarding receiving shipments or not.
6- If travelers informed shoppers that they received the items and then shoppers knew that they did not physically receive it and has been lost. Travelers should pay for the item or Hitchhiker will reimburse from their trip rewards or charged from their credit card
