What if the Traveler delays or cancels his Trip?

HitchHiker is community-based app and not a traditional shipping company so we can’t guarantee the exact time for your packages to be delivered. Travelers can sometimes delay or cancel their trips for personal or business reasons.

In case of traveler delay you can cancel the deal and ship your items with another traveler.
